At SGI, success is based upon our ability to identify and attract individuals who can exceed our client's expectations. Although our fee is paid by the client, our success is also measured by the enhancements to career and personal objectives of the SGI Candidate. Success cannot be guaranteed, but we do know, from experience, what expectations must be satisfied in order to achieve our mutual objectives.
Candidates can expect SGI Executive Search to:
- Maintain confidentiality
- Discuss the candidate's career experience and objectives in detail
- Verify references and academic credentials
- Recommend candidates on the basis of their achievements, career objectives, and motivation
- Forward the candidate's resume only after receiving consent from the candidate
- Prepare candidates for telephone and face-to-face interviews
- Maintain contact for future career opportunities
SGI assignments focus on individuals with previous sporting goods or recreational products experience.
